Sunburn

I have sunburn. A combination of standing around at football training this morning, and walking the dog along the beach this afternoon. It's been a long time since my skin saw the sun for longer than five minutes, and it's clearly not very happy.

On a positive note, it has been a truly glorious day - hope you've had some of the same :-)
