Grateful

for the quiet time here and for all you nice words of advice.
I had lost 20 pounds in a short time, was not eating enough and was probably dehydrated as well, when I felt so bad last Friday that I called 911. The fire engine with the complete crew arrived at the door and came into the house followed by and ambulance that took me to the hospital. There they did some tests and it showed that the potassium level was down... When this happened you end up not feeling well you are near 
syncope. So, this is now behind me and I am ok and I am thinking already what I can do to help here at my daughter's house, but they insist that I am still resting today.
