Our great niece and her Master’s design project

A bright windy day

We went to see our great niece and her Master’s design project at Duncan of Jordonstone University College of Dundee. Her project explored the concept of a shared outdoor eating place in a nearby town where locals could meet with temporary seasonal workers.

In her thesis she wrote, ‘sharing a meal is a social experience which transcends language and culture and drives curiosity.’ It would be good if it could be put into practice. We felt very proud seeing the work she had put into the project.
