The wining try by @RossAWardle

Dragons v Munster, last home game of the season, the weather was perfect for rugby. This time i manage to get a press pass so on the side lines i was with camera in hand. Even though i was not expecting much from the Dragons, i didnt care as i am a fan and always will be no matter what.

Tonight the Dragons were starting with centres who as far as i know haven't partnered each other and both are young. So when i found this out i thought that would be our weak spot, how wrong i was. Ross Wardle was a man on fire, he was like a charging rhino. The first half was awesome with the Dragons showing who was boss. Dragons went into half time 19-5 up.

The first 10 mins of the 2nd half was pretty much the same with the Dragons extending their lead by 3. Then the collapsed happened, Munster fought back with everything they got. Try and after try they cut down the Dragons lead and eventually took the lead 22-24. Then it was time for the Rhino, which started off with a charging run from Toby, pass after pass the Dragons moved closer to the try line. The result was, as you can see above, a flying try over in the darkest corner of the pitch, hence such a high iso and low quality.

The Dragons regained the lead 27-24 with what seemed like endless minutes to go. The game went on and on, but eventually the Dragons extended their lead, the game now stood at 30 - 26. Only a try and a conversion would be good enough for Munster now and they pushed hard to get it. Minutes seemed to turn into hours but the Dragons held on to finish their home season with a dramatic and very enjoyable win.

Ross Wardle was awarded with a well deserved Man of the Match for his fearless efforts, I do hope to see him back next season
