There once was a lonely duckling?

Ok, it’s a cygnet and Momma is close at hand but there does seem to be just the one single solitary little grey cygnet.
This morning was J’s school sports day and we went to give moral support. Good fun, a few laughs and J did try very hard in all the events.
Thankfully it was a sunny and dry morning but the wind was damn cold!
Today’s extra is MaggieD and A watching the sports. The little ones didn’t seem to feel the wind chill.
This afternoon we picked up E & E from school and caught up with their chat.
