Nigella

Murphy had an appointment at the vets today for his vaccination booster. He likes the vets and they like him.

After work I’ve given blood. The blood doning was at the rugby club where my son used to play. I’ve not been there for years. Blood doning was fast and efficient. HtP was due to give after me but his hemoglobin wasn’t high enough.

Once home I’ve cooked a healthy dinner for us all.

The weather was glorious.

And the nigella are in the front garden.
