Liquid Dinner

Hibiscus margarita.

We had a massive lunch today at a churrascaria (or as my husband calls it, the meat hose). I didn't take any pictures, as the style of service isn't conducive to representative and photogenic shots. I had plans to make dinner, but by 8pm (the latest we tend to eat) neither of us could countenance eating anything. I joked about going out and finding a wafer-thin mint for Blip purposes, but it was an empty threat (I don't like mints or the combination of mint and chocolate). I made margaritas with a hibiscus simple syrup I made yesterday in lieu of a more conventional dinner.
