Another very busy day, getting ready to set off, attending various meetings, keeping up with stuff and spending a bit of time with norfolkdoc and W who are on their way to a Scottish holiday, and dropping stuff off with us in Edinburgh.

In view of how complicated things might have been, everything worked out well. It was lovely to introduce them briefly to a very windy Campervan brewery and also to the Vaults. Despite my horror at reading just how many calories there are in a burger on a recent blip by Laura Muir, I permitted myself the indulgence and very nice it was too. After packing, etc, we managed a fairly early night which was just as well because it was due to be a *very* early morning, as life ramps up again.
