The Current Mrs Creel took her accordion along to play in a Stromness Folk Fest session and I cut the grass.  Bum freezingly cold.  Top temp of nine degrees with north wind of 28 mph.  And thus it is forecast for the forthcoming week  - every day.  I typed up the minutes of the Hoy Kirk meeting.  The extra shows a grainy extra of the committee.  Obviously, actors will play the parts when the musical is launched.


Went to visit my Mum and gave her some high explosive liquorice.


It is now evening and the stove is lit.

Last night there was some fearsomely fine dancing at the Birsay Hall.  It was a Shetland Band (nothing more should need saying).  Tremendous tempo and high quality playing.  Danced every dance.  The grainy dance extras are requested by a certain lady who has a very big blip birthday today.
