Steppin' On Seashells

The local shore is at places totally covered with partly broken seashells. We are told that they are brought in by the tide, and a result of fishermen discarding the shells over board after collecting the actual flesh from them. It is marked in the map as "scallop shell dune". It looked and felt quite amazing.
