Say "Cheese"

The Black Rock Race returned after a two year hiatus due to Covid. They all seemed very happy to be back running 7K through wet sand and up and down hills and some of them will do it in just 22 minutes or so. If you look here history shows that not all competitors are able to do it in that time. This year I couldn't follow them at my usual leisurley pace as we had to take Russell back to Glasgow.

He says he'll be back when the weather gets warmer. He should try running, that'll warm him up...
