Speedwell

One of my favourite wildflowers of all time, remembering loving it from childhood, too.

My morning was a write-off when I woke with a severe headache. I'm sure it was a migraine, although - unusually - I didn't have any vision disturbance before, during or after. Slept for an hour and a half in a dark room, dosed up with Migraleve and paracetamol. Fine thereafter. Woodland walk, late afternoon, gave me over 30 active minutes, so my FitBit was happy.

Now, as the sun continues to shine brightly from a clear blue sky, for an evening of TV catch-up and knitting.
