Very happy today as I got my new bike through the cycle to work scheme which meant I got a funcy new helmet as well which even has a light on the back! It was only a week or so that I didn't have one but I really missed it. I just went to the park today but was very glad I did as when I was sitting by the river  a woodpecker came down to an upturned tree very nearby. Then as I was walking up the path I saw this heron through the trees and managed to get this photo before he flew away.
