Daffodils

It was the final leg of our three day trip today, Montrose to Aberdeen.

Another lovely cycle, but a few sections on the A92 which weren't fun.

We stopped for lunch at The Creel Inn which was quite a treat. Just spotted it on the way by. Lovely crab soup followed by scallops. We even had a sneaky wee half of ale.

There were daffodils lining a lot if our route, and we saw a few fields of daffodils which is why I chose this shot.

At Aberdeen we were met by a couple of Fiona's friends and a couple of pints with venison sausages and mash went down very nicely.

On the train home now. There was a strong temptation to carry on cycling to Inverness.
