Mandarin Duck Roosting....

A quick trip tonight to the Nature reserve, not a lot about, but did manage to get a couple of shots of this Mandarin Duck up in a tree, they do roost in trees at night, not like normal ducks on the water.

Whilst I was there I saw my old friend The Grey Heron but he was a fair way off.

Our works is continuing it's good run, and tomorrow we have an important meeting to introduce the crew to new techniques that have stood me in good stead for a number of years, but as we all know CHANGE = RESISTANCE, so let the battle commence, hahaha.
