Rationed Banana

Just home from having had a wonderful meal at my mums.
Good food, good company, and when you listen to the oldies talk.....well it is just fantastic to hear the memories of our previous generation.
One of the many stories was one of bananas being rationed.
Honestly we all do not know how it was and how lucky we all are now.
