I Would Row 500 Miles

The Sea Cadets apparently don't have enough boats so they need to raise £5.6 million for a new one. Each corps is expected to do fundraising events to help contribute to the cost of it.

My little brother (the one on the left with his tongue sticking out) is taking part in his corps' event - rowing 500 miles in 2 days!

I went down to see them this morning and he told me in an off-hand way 'Yeah I rowed 5 miles at 8 this morning, I'm feeling fine.' Right before he jumped in to a boat and started again!

I sponsored him. Job done.
