Incoming

It was meant to be a sunny day, and it did start off OK, but by 8.30am we could see the fog lurking out to sea and slowly drifting in.  That is my blip looking out to sea, the extra (since deleted) taken an hour later looking towards Timaru shows how pea soupy it had become.
I had hoped to get in the garden, but fog gets into your bones (mine any rate) so its been a day indoors.  Watching the TV, mainly golf and rugby, now this evening settling in and watching the final of Dancing with the Stars, followed by Master Chef filmed in the awesome landscapes of Queenstown and Arrowtown.  Looking forward to it, its been seven years since the last Master Chef NZ and three years since Dancing with the Stars (thanks to COVID).
We've just finished a Facetime with Lexi - she had lots to tell me about her weekend.  This Wednesday she is giving a presentation on snakes, Grandad and I were her audience, she finished off with "are there any questions" ?   She was so professional, amazing really for a six year old. Extra taken today with Billie her cousins pet snake.
