Carrodale Harbour

We left Campbeltown and drove back the slower but very pretty way.  We saw an eagle carrying something long bodied in it's beak (squirrel,stoat,weasel?) Needless to say, it was my turn to drive so it had gone before I could stop to take a photo.

We stopped at Carrodale, this is it's harbour. The whole journey was really beautiful.

We got to Tarbert and caught the ferry to the Cowal Peninsular then drove across and caught the ferry to Gourock on the mainland. 

We then drove to our overnight accomodation at Kilmarnock.
