The promise…

Of elderberries! These are our native elderberry plants. I say every year that I will make syrup but never have. We gave plants to Matt and Jess a few years ago. I think she has made syrup and I think she wants these berries this year. I will try to get them before the birds. The trees are huge. I think they are beautiful.
We FaceTimed with Josh and Logan yesterday. Good to see their faces. Sarah has booked flights for her and Logan for mid July to come to the farm. I can’t wait! I will start collecting goodies for both of them!
