Lost and Found

My little brother found this ceramic goat in an elderly person's house that we were cleaning a while back. They didn't need it any more so they gave it to us. "The Goat" brings back great memories of middle school where an older classmate would chant "The Goat floats boats" as a mantra for life. We didn't really know what this meant but we assumed it had some sort of sexual connotation and ergo amused us greatly as middle school students. In addition to the personal significance of the piece, this ceramic ram or goat is a beautiful work of art and always makes me smile.
