Rose

Our neighbour gave us this rise a couple of years ago. He dug it up in the summer in full bloom to make room for something else. As I remember it was quite shot summer. I cut it right back and put it in the bottom bed which I was making into a rose bed . Watered it copiously and such a surprise that it survived. The following year it gave us good blooms which have got better over the years.
Church in person and we were on welcoming and coffee. A friend joined us for coffee after church and we made arrangements to meet a mutual friend tomorrow for coffee
