Simplicity

More food Blippery. It has been that kind of day.

Laundry. Ironing. Gardening. 

Dinner was quick and simple - gravadlax (from Orkney), scrambled eggs and toast (from Falkland), mayonnaise (from Fochabers) and a lime from further away. Oh, and my home made iced tea all the way from the kitchen.  

The second part of my week should turn out to be more varied, if all goes according to plans, but for now it is very mundane.
