Usual swim this morning (but only 800m). A short period playing experimenting with the new ring flash and then retirement to the sofa to watch the F1 and football - with a period overlapping of watching both simultaneously due to unexpected rain in Monaco. 
Well done Forest. An unbelievable turnaround this season. The belief is back at long last.
