Road bridge

It is still grey today, but there has been no rain for quite a while. Cold though. I'll be keen to head back to the desert on Tuesday. This is the road bridge on Highway 101 from North End (Coos Bay) to Florence on the Oregon Coast. This morning I found a pond where wood ducks, tree swallows and song sparrows were hanging out. There were heaps of great blue herons along the estuary water's edge too. I didn't see the pileated woodpecker of a couple of days ago though.
