Mono Monday

We decided to stay put today except for popping out for more gas ( bottled gas for cooking and fridge) and groceries. It was very windy and raining which has caused us to cancel any touristy things. It was raining heavily as we put the groceries in the car so need to dry out the coats. The hardware store for the gas was closed on Mondays. How bizarre ….but that’s ok we can refill tomorrow. The places on our list to see are all outside so we stayed in the caravan and did some homework and reading.

Homework is planning the next few days activities (what, where and how) and finishing my book. Dinner with the Schnabels by Toni Jordan. I found the beginning slow but really enjoyed it in the end.

The blip is my wardrobe but unlike the children in the novel didn’t go “Through the Wardrobe” to the land of Narnia. I don’t think I would fit, life in a van limits what you can pack but we seem to squeeze in.
