View Across The River Tees

Was on a training course today at Middlesbrough FC's Riverside Stadium. This is the view across the Tees of the new, state of the art, Middlesbrough College. In my opinion it is (a) quite hideous and (b) very unlikely to be still standing in 10 years time.
