Red deer

Another cold day. 8°C (!?!) when we set off for a walk, but at least the forecasted rain didn't really materialise. 

Met this guy and he seemed happy to pose for photos.  I was surprised as deer are often skittish and usually hightail it away at high speed.
 
Went into Ullapool later on for supplies and Mr C bought a woolly hat. That had the desired effect as the sun came out and the temperature reached the heady heights of 13°!
