Well worth the wait.

This is Chris. He is a chef. During lockdown Chris and his dad had an idea…to have a floating coffee shop/pizzeria. They did it and this is him behind his wood fired pizza oven on the canal boat The Waltzing Matilda. I have followed Chris and the project since they started, but had never got to taste the gorgeous looking pizzas. That was until today.

We met them at this weekend’s location in High Lane. Our pizza was ready and it was absolutely delicious. The best pizza I have ever had, it really was. Can’t wait to to get back to go again.
