Portable Magic

Book group at M's tonight with food for thought in her choice of book and food for sustance in the wonderful feast provided. It was a good evening & discussion as wide ranging as ever, even though our numbers were diminished at only four of us. 

M lives round the corner from my old house and it feels slightly strange being back here but also lovely to see the canal, a key part of my life for many years. 

Earlier in the day I went to a funeral with T, my second in a less than a week. Both of older women whom it was a privilege to know.
