Fontaines DC

Nearly didn't get in for this one - I wasn't on the list, but the staff were really helpful and phoned up to the TM who eventually said it was OK.

To be honest, and I maybe in a minority of one, I don't really get them. They're fine, but it's hyped up lad rock. It seems like Ireland is where lots of A&R are scratching around and I'm not sure the quality control is quite what it should be.

Also, they played the first three songs in the dark, which was annoying.
