The sun rose… again!

The sun seems to be the only constant in Enzotraveldog land at the moment.

Our little home is in such upheaval! The second bathroom/laundry just happens to be in the middle of the apartment. So we have tile cutting in the lounge room, pre assembly of cupboards in the dining room, cement mixing on the front verandah, cleaning of tools on the roof garden etc.

The only safe havens are the bedroom and the studio.

The daily routine has gone equally bonkers! Just when I think it’s walk time, we take off in the car to get some forgotten building item. Then by the time we get back the walk is forgotten. I’m worried what will happen to the folks if they neglect their cardiovascular exercise.

In theory, it should all finish by Friday. (Except for the new shower screen. Apparently that can’t be measured accurately until the tiling is finished and THEN it takes about 10 days….. yawn!) In the meanwhile it’s tilers today, electricians and carpenters tomorrow, plumbers and tilers Thursday.
