Juxtaposition

.....following on from the title, I'm thinking this is an example - spring blossom with autumn leaves. And take a look at that sky.  

A treat to have blossom in winter - this wee delight is Prunus Autumnalis Rosea.  It hasn't got an abundance of  flowers but enough to notice.  It also flowers in March, with its heavy flush in September, something to look forward too. 

I spent a couple of hours in the garden this afternoon, now the fire is lit and almost dark.

I've just finished a Zoom with my North Island friends, all sipping on a wine as we chatted.  Its been a while, lots of laughs as we caught up on the news and upcoming travels.
