Feast of St. George ...........

What a difference a week makes last Saturday it was heavy rain and a party demonstration against Thatcher but today it was blue sky and jovial fun to celebrate St. George's day which is on the 23rd April (about time it was a bank holiday). This years event focused on British food and there was free food, a banqueting area, food demonstrations and workshops and the whole square was decked out like a beer festival. There was also bands playing on a stage. If you look closely you'll see I've even managed to sneak in the moon.
