The Pod

Rob made this a few years ago now and it went to a couple of outdoor exhibitions then spent a couple of years standing erect in our garden only to have spent the last 2 or maybe 3 lying flat. Well at last he has started to tart it up again as it will be in Egerton for a couple of weeks and Leeds Castle in September time. 
It's lovely for him to have his work exhibited but brings with it the anxiety of getting it in place, the cost of transporting - this will a van to be hired - and then the despondency when nothing sells and it all comes home. With this one though it would be fine for it to come home as it could go out in the garden again. And tbh very unlikely to sell as this one is priced quite high. Anyway we'll see. 
I went to shop for my effort of Come Dine With Me which we are finally getting round to. I was hoping that it would be forgotten. Anyway  prepped the starter and half the pudding - or dessert if you're being proper CDWM. Got the rest to do tomorrow. After the shop went and sat with Freckle so the expectant parents could go and swoon over baby clothes and Jennie could get the pregnancy supplements she needs - including the folic acid I've been telling her to take 'just in case'.
