Lilac From Under Our Copper Beach.

Pat and I planted this Copper Beach just over 20 years ago. It must like the location as it has grown very well and provides many opportunities for photography.

The lilac is at least 100 years old and was given a serious pruning two years ago.

Pat likes this image enough to post on her Facebook page. That is a special award for me.

Meanwhile she continues to make the pine cone jam and is now considering a pine cone jam gin cocktail.

Watched Scotland Home Of The Year Show Last night. It was a good result.

We do find the judges can be really unintentionally funny.
