BACK OUT ON THE BIKE

I strapped the ankle up as best I could and headed out on the bike with my three companions. We headed south to Peebles where we stopped for coffee and cake. Changing gear was challenging to say the least, but I had a good day and I'm glad I went out. I might not be saying that tomorrow!
