Full steam ahead…for the Jubilee

Heavy rain first thing this afternoon. Richard donned his waterproofs to get Jet out for a walk. One very soggy dog and husband arrived back home.

Later after it dried up I took the camera for a walk. Although not optomistic I ended up with a surprising number of contenders. 

The station was very busy with the half term holidays bringing more people to the NYMR. As it arrived two young men measured up the front for a plaque for the Platinum Jubilee.

The extras are taken in the churchyard and at the Quaker Meeting House.
