Scribblings

A productive day, mainly achieved by limiting time on email - it's easy to get addicted to activities that require only short bursts of mental activity, focusing and concentrating on one activity for long periods of time is something I used to be very good at 

Worked 9 am - 8 pm tonight but surprisingly didn't feel too tired on walking through the door this evening
