Rippin' apart

The talons and beak of an osprey are dangerous to say the least. We mowed grass on the island this morning. This osprey was in a tall pine ripping away at a fish. It was amazing to watch. I feel so lucky to encounter these mighty birds in so many of the places I spend most of my time. No gardening today but I hope to hit it hard tomorrow. It got up to 90 degrees F today. Hot again tomorrow. Be safe.
