Glorious

A lovely sunny and warm day. Had a walk to the lighthouse and then had a wee jaunt through the Gourock shops, popping into OAS for a blether. Bought a nice pattern book for when I might ever complete catkin!! I knew that returning to the workhouse would end up in a long pause...but I will get down to it again soon.

Got a work project on that has taken up most of the weekend but fingers crossed it will be worth all the effort...

The parentals are looking summery and refreshingly well and have been on good form. Very refreshing and uplifting!

Am making a wee detour on my way home tomorrow to West Kilbride to meet with some like minded spinning folk. Sadly I don't have my wheel but my half baked first weaving attempt will bring a smile to their faces. I spoke of taking drastic action last Sunday - well it will now be aired in public! Ah well, we all have to begin somewhere!!
