Game on!

My homemade Mussaman curry using fresh ingredients versus the Simply Cook pots bish bosh bash 30 minutes  version. Sorry Simply Cook, I won. :-)
A couple of hours spent on the plot early morning, I tidied the timber shed, making space for a few bits , then used the stored cardboard boxes split and opened up to lay beneath the gooseberry bushes. The branches are laden with fruit so this will keep the fruit clean, & possibly even act as a deterrent from the marauding pigeons pinching the fruits when ripe. I gave the rows of spuds a good soaking, the overnight rain hadnt got through the leaf canopy. Grh!
Back home, spent the morning in the greenhouse sorting flower seed collected over the past two years. Some went straight in the bin, some went into seed trays, & a few need a J. Innes compost & horti grit, which I don't have, so have put on the shopping list.
Lunch, then another sewing job by which time it was The Chase.
Dinner was as above with Jasmine rice & flat breads.
