Chimneys

On the lodge gatehouse where  I came in to the Heriot Watt Riccarton campus. A very pleasant walk from there - mature trees, blooming rhododendrons.  In extra, a preening swan at the pond in front of the Grid building.

I was there for a 50 person, in person, event about semi-conductor companies.  Good content, some interesting people. Some of them might even be useful. 

Out and back by the surprisingly rapid X27 and x28 buses (they make fewer stops than the city buses, and have bus lanes for the majority of the distance)
