Freedom and mishaps

Steveng's challenge this week is geometric/shapes/patterns.  (Thanks for hosting)  I am standing  here in the middle of Hunter Street here looking West and I think this qualifies with lines, boxes and other bits and bobs.  The tram on the left is heading West away from me and there is one on the right just about to pull into Civic station, your best stop for the Civic theatre and University and general Civic area.

In my first real day of freedom, I took Milly (Maggy's mum) to the vet for Trish as she has a sore on her foot.  Milly that is, not Trish.   We are hoping it is just an infection that will heal with a treatment of antibiotics and that no surgery will be needed.  Trish has the dreaded Covid and is in ISO and Milly's dad is in Noumea now with the yacht but is due to fly home for a short break until the race starts in the middle of June.  I walked the other dogs as they were going stir crazy at home and then took Maggy to the dog grounds for some obedience practice.   She is being assessed on the weekend so wish us luck for that.

The mishap however was at lunch.  I had put some pumpkin soup in the microwave to heat up for lunch.   I must have not picked it up properly as it fell covering me from the waist down, also covering the cupboards, the floor and the benchtop.  I couldn't believe just how far it went over everything.  Well nothing a complete change of clothes, mopping up of cupboards and floor and a load of washing couldn't fix.

It's good to be free I might add.  Yippee,
