Cheeky

The osteopath rang with a cancellation first thing this morning so late morning I was on the couch.  Serious damage to the muscles at the bottom of my spine, caused by carrying my camera equipment last week and finished off by gardening.  He hasn’t even started on my upper back, so back next Monday for further treatment.

I’ve slept this afternoon, feeling very sore and woozy, but it should ease over the next few days.

Talking of camera equipment, my new camera is on its way and I should be able to pick it up on Monday,  

The squirrels are keeping me entertained.
