Do you like butter?
A field of buttercups at sunset in the vale between Bathwick Hill and Widcombe Hill in Bath.
The spires of Bath Abbey and St John RC Church are clearly visible (in an out of focus kind of way) in the background, as is Kelston Round Hill (top, right) and one of the cranes on the Southgate redevelopment (middle, left).
I was originally going to blip yet another big panorama of Bath, this time in full morning sunlight but thought it might be too boring. Anyway, we went for a lovely walk this evening, so got this blip instead.
In the UK, children use buttercups to test whether people like butter by holding one under the person's chin to see how much yellow reflected light appears on the skin.
