The Only Place To Be

Today was hot and humid (94F at 3 pm).  After my hair appointment, I took myself to Wrightsville Beach (my favorite) and parked for an hour ($5.50)  to enjoy a walk in the breeze and the water.  Now I know why the life guard stations have roofs.  Two squawkers on the sand too in EXTRA.  I like these black faced gulls.

One more added in Extra as today is Na'iema's 4th birthday. She had quite the celebration at school.  Logan and Josie made the cake and surprised her there with it. Gotta love that daisy chain.
