Last call!

Already the honeybells are turning from drooping bells into fairy castles and in another week they will certainly be finishing their flowering season.  The entire bed attracts bees like no other flower in our garden and today was no exception as they worked the flowers that were still enticingly drooping.
In other news: I had my monthly visit to the hairdresser today.  It actually started to rain as I left the salon, but I had come prepared with a hooded mac.  This hairdo has to last until Saturday when I shall be celebrating my own platinum birthday with afternoon tea!
