Unexpected Visitor

At the beginning of Lockdown we stripped the old pond out as it had a leak and replaced it with a ridged liner. That was 2-years ago. 

As our local Heron took all our goldfish I decided not to have fish this time to encourage some wildlife. 

In the past we did have frogs visit the old pond and we often had frog spawn, the goldfish loved them!

I was hoping that we may get revisited by a frog and sure enough Sue noticed this hiding up the corner this morning.
