First day of Summer

It was quite warm and not before time!

More gardening.

A weigh in. I have now lost exactly 1stone since1Jan. That’s seven bags of sugar which is a lot of weight. Minimum of 15k steps a day, no snacking after main meal of evening. Low impact exercise three times a week. Less sugary snacks. It’s now a way of life. I don’t drink alcohol so that was easy but I dont believe in cutting out any food group. I love veggies which helps.

An extra walk this week with Saffy. Sandra the owner is struggling for dog walkers but I’m not committing to any more than the Thursday unless it’s an emergency like this.
